No diapers, no sleep

Lately I've been finding it increasingly hard to not go to sleep without being diapered, having my binkie, and my bear. (well, I have always slept with my bear, so thats no big thing.) I was wondering why I have been unable to rest unless the conditions above were how I was when I went to sleep. I can go all day without, I guess "wanting/craving" to have the paci or diapers, but at night something is just different. Has anyone else expierenced anything like this, I'm just wondering if I'm alone.
