I don't think you should do anything about it. It's your mom's business, not yours. Even if you are into the adult baby/diaper fetish scene. What she does in her room is her business. However, only you know your own mom. If you share the same fetish, then maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea sharing your fetish with each other.
