I never said that they were EXACTLY like diapers ... I merely said that they are, TECHNICALLY, a form OF diaper. You yourself said that some women use pads for light incontinence ... which, again, is taking on the job of a diaper. And, yes, obviously, panty liners are smaller than diapers (no shit, Sherlock!)and diapers are meant for incontinence. But when it comes to performance, a pad can do everything a diaper can do (with the exceptiopn of retaining fecal matter), but to a lesser degree.
