It doesn't much matter. I wet in any position. If I'm in bed, I usually wet while laying on my back. I like feeling my bottom get all wet and warm. If I wake to find only one side of my diaper or the front soaked, it's usually a pretty good indicator that I wet it while I was still asleep. This has happened a few times in the last year.
