I have been going for therapy for about 2 years now, and also trying to understand this fetish. My therapist asked me several times if I was abused sexually, but I cannot remember such an event. Because of having a difficult childhood (I was abused and humiliated quite a bit) my therapist thinks I am trying to re-live the humiliation - she sees diapers as humiliation.
