I've only worn them to class once. I was with my boyfriend the night before, and he always diapers me for bed. Well, the next day, he wouldn't let me wear a pair of his underwear like I usually do. Instead, he made me lay down, changed me, and dropped me at class. I don't think anybody noticed but it was humiliating all the same.
