I would suggest that anyone wearing nappies (for any extended period of time) shave the pubic area front and back. It saves a LOT of time during cleanup, and assists in maintaining healthy skin (through a better chance of keeping the area properly clean).
Personally I just use a regular razor that isn't 100% brand new (so it has a little give if you aren't entirely careful).
