Millions of people are too uneasy to advise their doctors they wear diapers (for need). It's your choice now to go with it or just advise any other comments that your "dealing with it and it seemed to subside".
Hard to answer, some want it to happen, some just want to run and hide. You can refuse ANY medical attention, so it's up to you.
