Good dill pickles aren't made in a day, nor is beer. Your BF is on emotional overload right now, just relax, let him know that taking care of himself around you is perfectly OK. Then you and he just enjoy yourselves, when he has gotten over your knowing about his diapers bring up the subject of your wearing diapers for pleasure. Help him change a few times, make him feel better.
And no, you probably don't appreciate all that is involved in wearing 24/7...when you don't have the option of solving rashes by simply abstaining for a few days, etc.
