I like a pacifier when very tired or stressed. I've gone driving with one several times. Once, when my wife was in the hospital, I was driving with a pacifier and stopped at a convenience store on my way home. I had a pacifier holder on my shirt collar, and went into the store with my pacifier hanging from my collar. As the clerk took my cash, she looked at me and asked with a smile, "Is that your paci?" I said yes then left the store.
