I do, thats one of my favorite parts of a long road trip. Walking in with a clean diaper in my hand and then the loud noise the tapes make when I take the wet one off is always fun. Occasionally I find a rest stop with no doors on the stalls or no locks on the doors, always embarrassing, but still exciting.
