I don't know whther or not the prediliction to homosexuality is a choice. However, it is ALWAYS a choice whether or not to participate in a homosexual act. Those who choose to participate in homosexual acts are in my opinion wrong, because my use the Bible as my ultimate guide (which includes the New Testament as the guide to Christian Living) and the New Testament says they are wrong. I do not believe Cross-dressing is wrong, because the New Testament does not address Cross-Dressing. The OLD TESTAMENT does, but we do not follow Old Testament LAW. Even if I had lived in the time before Christ, I never would have been under Old Testament Law anyway, since I am not a Hebrew (the term "Jew" was not used until at least 600 years later). I follow New Testament Law because I am a Christian.
I should have made the comment clearer, though it was mostly just a passing comment. Whether or not one has homosexual feelings is not the issue. Whether or not one ACTS on those feelings is the issue. I am heterosexual, yet I am a virgin because I am not married. If I were to have sex with anyone other than someone I married, it would be sinful. Since I am not married, sex would be sinful for me.
