Long ago, on this board, people used to talk about this so often that they had a name for it-- POIDS (Post-orgasmic infantilism distress syndrome). So the experience seems universal.
After a few years of diaper wearing, it wears off, which coincides almost perfectly with a decrease in general satisfaction with the fetish.
As you become used to it, you rationalize it, desensitizing yourself to the truly perverse character of your actions.
