Besides wearing them at home (I just adore the look of a woman in a nightgown short enough to show off her diapers,if I had an ABgirl she'd be dressed like that a LOT!) you should see what clothes you have hide them and what clothes don't,and go places wearing diapers under your clothes.And use every diaper you wear!
I don't know how you feel about people noticing that you're wearing diapers,I'm guessing that your boyfriend hates for people to notice in his case.But people won't expect you to be wearing diapers so they won't look for it,and if they do notice they're unlikely to say anything.It'll get noticed sometimes but that goes with the territory.
As for losing control,just take it steadily.When the urge hits give in and tell yourself it's no use trying to hold it.Never push...just relax.Make it a habit,let the habit become instinct and the reaction unconscious.It'll happen in its own time in your mind,and then your body will catch up after that.
