You posted a munch, not a party.
Party's are rare, you'll be lucky to find one in your area unless you're in a big city, or near one. You'll be lucky to find more than 20 people on average, and they tend to not talk about diapers.
You'd be better off finding a BDSM Club and going to that, and just going with that, doin the whole diaper thing along those lines.
