I didn't mean to imply that you can't make progress unless you wear 24x7. I didn't wear mine to work when I was going to the office 8 to 5 either (I also had kids at home at the time, but that's another thread). Just using diapers on the weekend is plenty and a few nights a week after work wouldn't hurt either. Just keep it in perspective with your responsibilities.
