Not only is showing off your nappy (or its soiled state) in poor taste, it's an invitation to get a "no trespassing" notice (here in VA, USA at least), or possibly a free ride in a police car when somebody decides you're a sex pervert and a danger to minors. They'll call it "indecent exposure" or something.
