Alas, it was a DPF group, headed by a DPF party director named Jay. It used to meet in the Washington DC area, and occasionaly at Jay's home in Harpers Ferry. Jay no longer holds meetings, or even responds to emails. I've been trying to contact him, just to say hello and to offer my condolences on the death of his dad. The two of them were very close.
