That's certainly true,I don't think we can expect the attitude of those forced by medical conditions to mirror that of fetish-motivated diaper wearers.
By the same token,when those who have medical necessity warn those who say they seek dependence,telling of regret,their warnings may not be applicable to those who acquire dependence on purpose.
