I bought "Nurses' Orders" while visiting the UK; infantilism is just one of the sexual elements in the story which, for the most part, seemed pretty depraved to me. A very British story in tone; it's worth reading but probably not worth reading again.
The sequel is another Penny Birth book called "Dirty Laundry," which is actually a better AB-oriented story than "Nurses."
