what you seem to be assuming is that every person engages in ab play is doing it for a sexual reason. there are people who enjoy diapers primarily for sexual reasons, those are dls. although abs may get sexual rushes from diapers etc, this is not their primary reason for choosing to engage in ab play. it is the comfort, emotional security and stress relief they recieve from it which is their key motive.
that said i think you wrote a pretty good essay.
