The message board vent isn't the answer Chris. You might not have anyone to talk to, but most people here are not sympathetic - well they are, but there is nothing anyone can say to you to make you feel better. Only you can help yourself.
I found having a long term goal helps me get over the bad days - as well as never thinking that just because today was bad doesn't mean my tommorow will be too. You defeat yourself if you just expect tomorrow to go worse than today. It WILL be worse because you set out looking for it to be worse.
