What turns you on can be determined only by your experience,and your tastes.If things work for you if done once in on an everyday basis,or once in a blue moon...that's when to do them.
You've indicated using diapers will never "get old" to you,but you think drinking from a baby-bottle or sleeping with a pacifier would?
