I think you are refering to a story titled "The Bride Wore a Diaper".
I can't remember if this was an Amber E story or if it came from DPF.
The story is written from the perspective of a groom, and takes the form of a letter written by the groom to a friend in the service who couldn't make it to the wedding. The groom describes the events up to and including the wedding.
As I recall, there is lot's of diaper play, a "tables get turned scenario", and even a diaper party.
I have this story sitting somewhere in a trunk in the basement I think.
