**Do not leave catheters in for more then 48 hours
** Make sure there everyting is sterile and your hands and are very clean use an alcohol rub to make really sure
** You will likely get a urine infection at some point with long term use, if that happens drink plenty of water nothing else.
** Sleeping with a catheter is ok, but make sure you have plently to drink to keep the catheter flushed as bactera can build within the tube.
