I am a volunteer at a VA hospital, and yesterday, I was called to escort an outpatient from the VA van to a clinic. The guy was wearing nothing but a tee-shirt and a diaper!
I asked him where his pants were, and he said the van came and blew its horn before he had time to get dressed. He was no more than 60, was alert and cheerful, and didn't seem to mind a bit that everybody could see his diaper as I pushed him along in a wheelchair.
What a laidback way to live!
