You might also want to pick up some full-strength cranberry juice at your local natural foods place. The stuff definitely helps with the UTI (urinary tract infection) part.
No, it's not cheap at $6 US per quart, and it's so sour you probably will have to dilute it with water, but it's quit a bit better than standard ocean spray, which is somewhere around 20-25% cranberry juice.
