Not sure what you mean by "belittled".I don't believe in giving the submissive a negative self-image,she should be happy to follow the rules she's given and rewarded for following them faithfully.If it's not something she'd like to do the rule is a bad idea.
If possible I'd want her wearing diapers all the time,whether or not otherwise dressed and acting in baby role.I would change her diapers on a reasonable schedule (not one set by her whenever she liked,not one devised to torture her,but something consistent) but realize that it might not be possible for her to never have to be the one who changed herself.Likewise,whether she graduated fom only wetting to wetting and messing her diapers would be determined by finding out how we liked that.The goal is always to go as deep as both can be comfortable,not to where only one partner still likes it and the other finds it a chore.
