On Saturday, I wandered the Virginia(USA) state fair in the afternoon, doing nothing diaperish at all, just looking at the goats (producing a gallon of milk a day each!) and llamas, watching the team penning and the trick riding with the two-handed saddlehorns for doing flips and bounces to the ground from the horse's back, riding the rides (lots of upside-down one's, too bad my head and stomach weren't completely up to them. And my neck's just not what it used to be, either). Didn't get to ride the "drop", where they raised up a platform with half a dozen seated on it, dropped it about 3 stories, then slowed it to a smooth, if not too gentle stop.
But when evening came, and it got dark, we went to get our meal, and there were lots of flashing LED toys in red, blue, and other colors around, a baby's rattle, etc. I saw a number of "normal" size pacifiers lit up this way, too. What I didn't understand was I saw some of these in older teenage girl's mouths, and the teenage guys had something that flashed that they'd let you glimpse that was all the way in their mouths. Couldn't decide if they had the whole pacifier in their mouths or something else.
Anyone know more of this?
