Or some PI is spying on you, hiding in the back of his van with a camera trained on you, can't leave the vehicle because you're out mowing your lawn, proving that your insurance claim actually is bogus ...
Do you think they take bathroom breaks every hour? It seeems to me that wouldn't be an option for these enforcers of law and diggers-through of trash. SO ... what do they do?
