A few months back there was a TV programme on about a familly with a dozen plus kids. The last one (and the mum and dad had decided it would be the last one) had just turned three and was breast fed when ever she wanted it and was very much her mums baby - no idea if it involved nappies.
I don't have kids myself but it makes me think that parenting is done as much on feeling as on any set of rules?
It makes you wonder about the emotional impact on some of these kids?
I was out of nappies by about 2 1/2 during the day and six at night but went back to bedwetting shortly after.
Where did my particular physco sexual hang up come from? Who knows? I spent alot of time in my early years in hospital so ended up forming the wrong connections/feeling babied in hosp?
