Doesn't matter if his motives are sexual or non-sexual. Its inappropriate for anyone to be that curious about a 3 year old's diaper area save for his caregiver or physician -- and those people wouldn't check the tot's diaper for any reason other than for the child's benefit. Teen-boy's concern for this child's diaper however is motivated by his own interests.
I'm shocked and disgusted that some here would recklessly provide advice to this minor Teen-boy -- who should neither be here, nor have been responded to -- that he should check this tot's diaper, and then attempt to justify that advice with the old, "its not sexual" argument. There's nothing wrong with enjoying a non-sexual diaper lifestyle, but you cannot use that lifestyle to justify interactions with minors. Those here who cannot see that distinction should recuse themselves from this Wetset board, and from the entire diaper community -- a community founded on consensual expression.
