You need Opera...which will let you know exactly what cookies are being stored.
"Cookie Monster" is the name of an old, old malicious program (possibly a virus) that has entered computer folklore. It is supposed to pop up on the system console and ask for a cookie. The correct reply is, literally, "cookie" or some near variant. Then it goes away until next time.
