Good read, that, and I like your analysis until you get to the part where ALL adults get a sexual thrill.
My GF is a counterexample, she was conditioned by an unsupportive, alcholic husband to hate them, as she had to do ALL of the diaper changing on her young daughter.
Girls also have to worry in a way men never do about UTIs, so a poopy diaper is not an option.
