Hi Scott,
I think many of us have been there. It sounds like you're going through a binge-purge cycle of sorts. You're depressed about your diaper desires, which leads to frustration, and so you jerk off to diaper porn to let off steam, but then you're self-loathing after coming, which makes you feel further anxious and depressed.
Usually this cycle is triggered by some stimulus. What's at the heart of it for you? Figure that out and you'll start making sense of it all. Have you tried Bittergrey's webpage about the binge-purge cycle? Here's a link that may help you. Keep your chin up.

p.s. Many of us are also saddened that there's too little substance in the diaper desires community. The online diaper world is changing. But there is also a diaper community offline, and while smaller and underdeveloped, it can be much more satisfying for some.
