correct me if im wrong about this but i seem to remember reading about fetishes that sounds like what you are talking about. A sexual fetish is in essence some you attach a sexual meaning to. in this case your diaper. Once the "act" is complete the desire is gone because your needs were met.
Ive read that non sexual fetishes can slowly drift to the other side of the spectrum where it was once a non sexual thing to one that is deeply sexual.
Personally there are times that i want my wife and i to wear diapers for sexual reasons only. and others its a comfort thing. I have noticed that it seems to be drifting more and more to the sexual side. For my wife the diapers is 100% sexual. If i am wearing a diaper its PLAY time and she cant keep her hands off me or my diapers hehe.
She understands the comfort side and when im in the mood she restrains herself and its mommy time but she will never wear one for that reason
