The US version of Tena is fairly discreet. It has the non-plastic backing and is relatively thin. It holds up pretty well so long as you do not flood them. The real drawback to them is that I found them very uncomfortable. They only have two tape tabs (which are very thin), and they tend to dig into the groin when worn over long periods.
My wife does not like the noise of diapers, so I have been thinking about stocking up on them. The other's are right, though, that ultimate protection and discretion would be found in a condom cathider and a urine bag.
