I LOOOOOOOOVE Pampers, I've said this beofre but i beleive i have a seperate fetish for Pampers, autopamperphillia maybe?, i am both a AB and a DL and any nappy is exciting but for me, even the mere mention of Pampers gets me excited!!! i think i should sue pampers because they have messed my head up, its when i was a young kid it started, i was in nappies day and night till i was about 4, i wore cloth nappies even though pampers were about then, i still cant understand why my mum never choose them for me, and i feel sad that i will never have been wearing a cute pampers nappy, instead i had some dumb bit of towel and plastic pants on, wahhhh, anyway around the age of 5 i had my first experiment with wearing a nappy again, i really dont know why i did it, i was only 5 at the time, but i wanted to wear a nappy again and i tried putting my sisters dollys plastic pants on, of course they didnt fit and my sister caught me!! then during the 80's i startyed to take notice of all the new Pampers adverts and i started to look at the cute baby logo and imagine that i was that cute baby, and that if i could wear pampers, then i would be a cute baby and people would love me and i would be special to them, eventually i saved up my pocket money and buyed a pack of pampers for boys, i cant remember if they were ultra pampers but i was instantly hooked, the white crinkly plastic, the blue waistband and leg elastic, and the thing i loved the most, the pastel yellow blue pink and green teddy bears in neat rows on the tape panel, how i loved those teddies, i never noticed the baby powder smell that people often rant about in vintage pampers, maybe they didnt have perfume in the UK pampers? anyway, i could obviusly never wear them, but through the years i have developed ways to wear them, i am saddened by the way pampers have become, so thin, and horrible cloth cover, i dont like the patterns on the front, they are giant advertisments for toy comapnies and stuff, in the old days it was more simpler, the teddies were unique to pampers and i think they even had there own niockname, "pampy bears" there was a pampy bear doll available once, they still appear on the pack and they did the job more in being in straight neat rows because the whole purpose of those cute pics is to allow mummy to place the tabs symetrically, now they are just like cartoon strips and the coloyrs are to bold, i prefered the softer pastel shades and more babyish designs like teddies or rocking horses and building blocks!! i wish pampers wouild bring out a "retro pampers" for the fans of the older pampers like me!! i still get pampers though despite not liking the way they are, because at the end of the day, they are pampers!!! i also use pampers baby wipes and pampers bed mats so pampers does flippin well out of me, i think i deserve some award from them i would be shocked to know how much money i have spent on there products over about 15 years!! i wont go into detail about what i do with the pampers, but lets just say they dont have to fit and they can still do the job for me! so in answer to your question no, i dont wear pampers, i enjoy them
