If you think he wont tell anyone, tell him you have to check his diaper when he is doing something. If your really game you could poo in your undies and let your cousin find out he will either think it is gross or be cool with it.
My cousin caught me pooing in my undies once when I used to look after him. At the time I was in high school at the time and was freaking out for days thinking he was going to tell someone but he never did. After that he almost always asked me if I had pooed in my pants, if I hadn’t he would either dare me to or do it himself.
