Same here! I vividly remember old nappy ads and supermarket trips from that age and later, walking down the baby aisle and being fascinated by all those neatly stacked plastic packs.
The humiliation aspect kicked in soon after. I guess it was something to do with the emphasis on little boys trying to be hard, and how nappy-wearing was the exact opposite of that. I must have been around 9 or 10 when I started to enjoy the idea of certain classmates being forced back into nappies. There was this one rather diminutive boy in my year, the girls kept calling him 'Baby' and I simply loved the idea of him coming to school packing a disposable nappy under his trousers!
With such queer thoughts it was remarkable I didn't grow up gay. Then again that was around the time Return of the Jedi came out and I simply couldn't get enough of Princess Leia in that gold bikini - I've been attracted to women ever since, but still like the idea of nappies.
It's interesting that you say your desire to be humiliated and your desire to wear nappies were previously separate. I think my interest in humiliation stems directly from my desire to wear nappies. Although I probably went a little far in my last post when I said humiliation was the main part of it. I also love the look of a well-fitting nappy: the whiteness, the paddedness, the noisy gleaming plasticky look of the thing dammit! All of that excites me as far back as I can remember.
