I find that, As the Pickle just said, there is no one "best diaper" for me. Rather, I tend to choose a diaper by the way I feel. Sometimes I wear Abena X-Plus, sometimes Wings Super-Plus, and sometimes just a Goodnite. These all have qualities that will cater to a particular situation that the others may not have.
