sounds like a job for Viagra....
I say that because I had many of the same problems including wanting to be a bottom. Making love was getting to hard to keep an erection and please my SO I went the doctor and explained it (not all the details). I just told him that it was a lot of work to keep an erection. He gave me a prescription for viagra. It has worked wonders in our relationship.
I was concerned because I was not older and taking viagra. He assured me that it was a VERY common problem even at any age.
So regardless whether the problem is physical or mental, it might help to get something to get you back in the groove....
