You've forgotten one of the first, back in the 1980s there was a guy in Alaska. He may have been known as Dr. Diaper? Does anyone remember more?
While I don't appreciate the guy going out in public like that and I think it was a dumb move, what sexual practice did he do in a public toilet? Just because he was dressed up in one they arrest him? This seems odd. Also they took away his clothes - totally wrong.
