What isn't a grey area (at least as far as US copyright law is concerned) is that taking shots off of webshots and posting them on another site is illegal without permission from the copyright holder which in most cases is going to be the person who took the photograph. Even if you did have permission from the copyright holder, you would also need to have the subject sign a model release form. The only acception to this rule is if it's "news worthy" (none of these shots are news worthy) and being used in a legitimate news publication. Any website, ESPECIALLY a commercial pay site wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell if the photographer or subject decided to sue.
