Maybe if you came across as having severe learning disabilities people will accept you as being babyish and wearing nappies. You can employ a carer to come in and look after you and put clean nappies on you when wet.
Thats what i do.
My carer comes to mine two days a week in the morning to get me out of bed helps me undress and puts me in the shower drys me then renappies me. she cooks and cleans. What more can a big baby ask for.
