Johnson Drug stocks Attends and it's also in Waltham at 577 Main Street. I've found mediums with waistband there and I think they have the 2-tape variety as well. Also stocking Attends is a pharmacy in West Concord on Route 62. For Tena, I found a place in Andover (Letourneau Pharmacy) that stocks almost every variety of US Tenas available. When I went there last time they had some free samples too.
