I tell you what, if I ran a picture sight and that was my livelyhood I'd be pissed if I saw my pics on someone elses sight.
Maybe she could have been less acusitory, but I dunno if telling her to shut up is much better.
In general though I don't know the particulars of either party I have to say that Elli, though she's been making a profit, has nevertheless been very generous and nice to the community, offering loads of free pics, and posting fairly regularly on the board. Perhaps it's a bit soon to tell, but I'm gonna side with her on this one.
