A lot of coffee shops have individual restrooms, IE rooms for one person only. That's you're best bet,
As a note though, keep in mind someone has to change those trashes, and probably wouldn't much care to smell or see your diaper. If it's just wet, a non transperant plastic bag should do. If it's more than wet you realy should buy some biowaste grade bags. They're not terribly expensive, and I think you can get them at medical stores or even pet stores. They seal and hold everything in, smell and all. This is very polite and they'd realy appreciate it.
