I think it's probably a fluke. I know at least two of my non-bedwetting/non-ABDL girlfriends have had an accident thanks to a toilet dream. One of them has it fairly often, but that still only works out to about once every six months or so.
Enjoy it, but don't assume there will be a repeat (at least not on a regular basis).
