It was absolutely delightful to read your thread. Brian, DR, and A, you three are a credit to our group. I have always known that the true heart of our group is exceedingly intelligent. It seems though that these representatives tend to lurk rather than post. As such, the majority of postings seem to be from the "less gifted". I hope that the envy you create from the "less gifted" doesn't disuade you from continuing to post here. They can be quite aggressive sometimes.
I would have added my opinion to this thread in an attempt to keep up, but I don't know enough of the topic to contribute constructively.
Nonetheless I loved reading the thread and wish to point out to A that the term "off-topic" doesn't apply to this board in my opinion. Since the object here is to give our group a place to commune, *not* to focus on one topic as with newsgroups. Otherwise A, I thoroughly enjoy your posts. Keep the spirit, please!
I should add that there are many others that contribute to the boards overall integrity, Dill Pickle, comes to mind. I'm sure I've missed about 2 dozen other geniuses, but not intentionally - my deepest respect to all of you. You raise my self esteem.
